The two-day Ignite Rural Leadership Programme is designed to develop your leadership and coaching skills in a practical, hands-on setting.
The programmes are held regularly around Taranaki with facilitator Brett Robinson and include follow-up one-on-one coaching as well as comprehensive programme notes to help you embed your learning into everyday practice.

Meet Your Ignite Facilitator – Brett Robinson
Brett Robinson has been passionate about farming and rural communities since his first role in rural banking. He has built a career in agri-banking, becoming Regional Manager for the King Country before moving into Private Banking.
Alongside his professional career, Brett and his wife Leanne have run a calf-rearing operation, invested in sharemilking, become equity partners in a 900-cow dairy farm, and owned a commercial trade business. Now based on their 43ha maize block in Newstead, Brett brings decades of practical and financial expertise to help farmers navigate their future with clarity and confidence.
